Dr. Sachio SEMMOTO

Dr. Semmoto is the Chairman of Renova Inc., a Japanese renewable energy power company. A serial entrepreneur, he was the founder of the first private telecommunication start-up in Japan – DDI Corp. (now KDDI Corporation), and the Founder and CEO of eAccess and eMobile, both leading Japanese telecommunication companies before acquisition by Softbank in 2013. He has 50 years of experience in the telecommunication industry and held senior management positions in top enterprises like Nippon Telephone & Telegraph (NTT), Kyocera and DDI Corp.

Previously, Dr. Semmoto served as board member of global leading companies, including NetApp (U.S.) and Thomson Reuters Shareholding Company (U.K.).  He is a Professor of Entrepreneurial Management at Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business of BBT University.  He has published scholarly articles and books on telecommunication technologies and high technology management. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Kyoto University.

Mr. KOH Boon Hwee

Mr. Koh is the founding partner of Credence Partners, a South-East Asia private equity fund, of which he chairs the investment committee. He also serves as the Chairman of AAC Technologies, Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, and Sunningdale Tech Limited. Mr. Koh’s other previous positions include being the Chairman of Singapore Telecom Group (SingTel), Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA), Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) and was a Director on the Board of Temasek Holdings Private Limited. He is also an active contributor to non-profit organisations and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Nanyang Technological University.

Mr. Koh was conferred The International Herald Tribune Visionary and Leader Honour in 2003. He holds an MBA (Distinction) from Harvard University and a B.Sc. (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of London.

Mr. Inderjit SINGH

Mr. Singh is a serial entrepreneur and currently the CEO of Solstar International, a Singapore-based electronics company and the President of Infiniti Solutions, a semiconductor engineering company. He was the founding President and CEO of United Test and Assembly Centre (UTAC), one of the largest global company in semiconductor assembly and testing. Early in his career, he was the Director of Operations in Texas Instruments. Mr. Singh also served as a Member of Parliament in Singapore from 1996 to 2015.

An active driver of entrepreneurship, Mr. Singh is the Co-President of the World Entrepreneurship Forum. He also chairs the Enterprise Committee of the Board of Trustees at Nanyang Technological University. He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a B.Eng. (Honours) in Electrical and Electronics from Nanyang Technological University.

Mr. Pierre NOEL

Mr. Noel is the Chief Information Security & Privacy Officer for Huawei. He also serves as board advisor to Airbus Group and is a board member of Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (PARIMA). Prior to his role at Huawei, he held senior management positions in global leading firms like Microsoft, IBM, Arial Group International, TruSecure/ ICSA Corp, PLATINUM Technologies Asia Pacific among many others.

Mr. Noel has over 30 years of international experience in Information Security and Enterprise Risk Management. He designed and built complete Security and Enterprise Risk Management environments for Governments, Finance, Transport and large conglomerate industries over the world. He is a lecturer at universities around the world. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
